This will work like using copy -rmv under Xenix. xcopy a:\ c:\ /s The /s will cause it to go down the tree. If you don't want to put the root of the floppy on the root of the hard disk then change the path on xcopy. xcopy a:\ c:\foo /s Have fun. Roy W.
