I am looking for information or example programs of how to use the
EGA card in monochrome graphics mode.  I need to display a 1 bit/pixel
image on an EGA card.  It's easy with CGA and Hercules.  I have not
been able to find a good source on how to do it with the EGA, though.

I would appreciate any info or (even better) C source code showing
how to initialize the EGA and then display a monochrome image.
