Stand. Arch) that is suppose to give IBM such a blow? I've seen newspaper articles on it but no techical specifics. What are the 9 or so companies that were in on it? As far as I have heard/read among them were Compaq, Commputer Associate (I guess to make sure there's a sufficient amount of software available for the new srchitecture), and another company that I forget. Anyone know of any references or press releases that are fairly technical and specific?
