You also need to chage the D0 device header (you can use the assembler to make a nice description file or use the debugger) If you want to use both sides, you will need something like the fdiks or other utilitys that will allow you to format both sides of the disk. I had a 720K drive as physcal drive 1, OS9 drive D0, and coco-dos drive 1, this allowed be to boot off of the standard coco drive and then run OS9 off of the 720K drive. You have to change DISKMAN (something like that) to get this to work. Look for the string 01, 02, 04, 40 in the disk code.
