It happened to me. Another bug with the HD Paritition INIT--one that no one else seems to have commented on-- is that it is incompatible with Apple's Find-File. All Find-File will do is beep when you try to start it up. This is extremely annoying. (I am currently running system 6.0 on a Mac II, but I think system 5.0 has the same problem.)
