In a message on CompuServe, Steve Brecher, Suitcase's author, gave his 
estimate of when Suitcase II (note the name change) will begin to ship:
sometime around September 26th. The main reason for the delay seems to be
in the printing of the manual. He indicated that the ship date was his
own prognostication and shouldn't be considered an actual ship date. So,
looks like we have to wait a couple of more weeks. It looks like it will
be worth the wait, however.
