I've stuck a copy of the AAAI release of PCL on the host
LAIR.CIS.OHIO-STATE.EDU, including the dfasls for Medley.  They should
be correct to todays patches, barring my having missed something.
I'll see if I can't compile them in Lyric too, but I'm not sure when
that'll happen.  They're in <lispfiles>pcl-m>.  This'll probably make
it a little easier for folks in the midwest/east coast to get PCL,
given the current load on the arpanet.
