Lee) Our MicroVax II, with ULTRIX 2.0, has the following error while shutting down, "shutdown warning: callrpc port mapper failure." While the system was running, command "rpcinfo -p" was tried and error, "no remote programs resistered," occured. Lastly, the MicroVax II can not be used as an nfs-server, but it works as a nfs-client. What is wrong? Is there a bug with ULTRIX 2.0? Please e-mail any suggestions to lee@aloha1.eng.hawaii.edu. Thanks for your help. Calvin
