I have noticed that postings about MS Windows are starting to pick up
a little these days and in comp.windows.misc there is talk of creating a
new news group called comp.windows.ms.  If people want to register votes
for and against with me then I am willing to tally up the count and let
everyone know what the consensus is.  Any other thoughts?
