You can't, yet.

    I've heard that AT&T or DEC have something like this.

A number of companies have been collaborating in an X Testing Consortium
to produce test suites for the server and Xlib.  At least 2
person-decades have gone into the effort so far.  One completed, the
suites will be distributed by MIT.  Best guess is that completion won't
be until late December at the very earliest, sometime early next year
being more likely.
