There are several window attributes that can be set via
XSetWindowAttributes, but I can't find any way to inspect them.  These
are background_pixmap, background_pixel, border_pixmap, border_pixel,
and cursor.  My question is:  can I assume that window managers (and
anyone else) won't change them?  Can I cache them locally if I want to
determine them later?  If not, is there any way I can determine them?
