Nope, you don't have an R2 manual. You have something else entirely. When I went to try them out, I found that none of the requisite definitions were in the toolkit header files. Correct, for R2. Is this material on accelerators 1) preview of coming attraction 2) stuff that never got implemented because it wasn't wholly necessary (like AppContext) or 3) a cruel hoax. Coming in R3.
