In a recent unbatching of alot of news (yes, we are having some problems
with our news feed) I found the following messages were mailed to me
(news) by cron from the previous nights work:

inews: <293@thor.wright.EDU> rejected. linecount expected 95, got 0
inews: <1203@unmvax.unm.edu> rejected. linecount expected 52, got 0
inews: <3797@omepd> rejected. linecount expected 96, got 0
inews: <640*kenw@noah.arc.cdn> rejected. linecount expected 36, got 0
	[ there were many more but deleted here for brevity ]

Could someone *PLEASE* tell me what this is and if I should worry
about it reoccuring.

Also, I have alot of things in junk that were posted to
comp.theory.self-org-sys and I do not have a newsgroup with that name.
Is this new and the possible control message to create this got lost
with the above problem?
