I'm trying to set up rrn on a Ultrix machine so that it can read news stored
on another Ultrix machine and have NNTP use DECnet to transfer the data.  I
define the appropriate DECnet objects on both sides but when I try to start
up rrn on the remote machine, it says nntp/tcp service not available.  It's like
it's not even trying to use DECnet at all.

Am I just wasting my time or am I missing something?
