Keywords: DECnet NNTP rrn Message-ID: <503@gumby.cc.wmich.edu> Date: 16 Sep 88 21:11:17 GMT Organization: Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI Lines: 12 I'm trying to set up rrn on a Ultrix machine so that it can read news stored on another Ultrix machine and have NNTP use DECnet to transfer the data. I define the appropriate DECnet objects on both sides but when I try to start up rrn on the remote machine, it says nntp/tcp service not available. It's like it's not even trying to use DECnet at all. Am I just wasting my time or am I missing something? -- Leonard J.
