How do I register in the .ca domain?  We would like to do things properly.
As it stands, we have a bunch of machines, and
having a domain of '.geovision.uucp' breaks a number of sendmails.

I have sent mail to utai, but they have not responded, so I suppose that is
not the right place.  Where is?
