It is the right place, but I get too much non-trivial mail to respond
immediately to non-trivial or non-critical messages.  Once in a while (every
week or 2 or 3) I work my way through my mailbox in stages... your message
is number 823 in my 5th inbox; I'll deal with it this weekend.
