lsuc is back up, after a period during which inodes on all
file systems were randomly scribbled on.  Our /usr/spool
isn't backed up to tape, so some files were lost.  Most
mail and news arriving here on Sept. 9-10 will have been
handled properly (and sent on now, Sept. 14 or 15).  A few
messages have been lost.  A few more are around as orphans,
and I will forward them by hand as and when I come across them.

There will be a bit of a backlog of news for at least a
couple of days, I suspect.  Sites downstream from us should
expect a flood of news.
