	I have a unixpc with two phone lines connected to it.  If I try 
connecting a phone line to ph0 only (using setup in ua) I can call out of it
fine. But when I try setting it up for two lines, I can not use cu on ph0.
giving the command:
	cu -l /dev/ph0 <some number>
returns:
	device not known.
It works fine whence no -l is specified (uses ph1).

	WHAT IS GOING ON???
