Hello all. Im a graduate student in a lab that works with the immunologic properites of small peptides and am interested in knowing what software is
availabel to doing energy minization calculations.

In particular if anyone has any experience using:
CHARMM
AMBER
DISCOVER
...or any other program of similar ilk. Id much appreciate any pros or cons
also concerning display programs like FRODO, INSIGHT, DOC, etc.
