I am looking for pointers to a document listing good C programming style
and techniques for managing large programming projects.

I believe it was called the "Indian Hills Style Guide."  Or maybe it was
"Green Hills?"  Some small mountain anyway :-).

If you know where I can get a copy of this or something similar, please
