"Turbo Pascal 5.0 arrives" is an overstatement.
    I called Borland today and placed my upgrade order.  *After* taking
all the info, the gent said, "We'll be shipping in about four weeks,
and we won't charge your VISA till then."
   Nice of them, but a bit disingenuous.
