Okay, okay, I surrender!

At least five people, including no less a net.personage than the one and
only peter honeyman, have pointed out that HDB UUCP -- which I have never
used, sad to say -- is capable of restricting a given UUCP login for use
by a given host.

Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.  Enough already.
