I am interested in compilers and/or translators which produce source code
output.  I am sure that source code is available for such, and I see references
to lists such as COMP.OS.SOURCES which I can not find.

An example of what I want would be FORTRAN to C translator, or Pascal to C, or
the like.  I would prefer the code to be in C for PC's, or a S/370 mainframe
language.

If you know the right list for me to subscribe to, or you have public domain
code, or you have comments about commercial products, I would appreciate your
comments.
