Does anybody out there know where I can get copies of BBN reports 5476, 5500,
5760, and 5900 mentioned in RFC979?  It would be best if they were available
on-line, but I will take whatever I can get.

While I'm at it, does anybody have IEN-140 available on-line?  I tried to get
it from the NIC, but it is not available.  Although they did offer to get me a
hard copy for a minimal amount of money, I'd really like to get and keep this
on-line.
