Sorry, NCSA Telnet does NOT support the 3C505 board in version 2.2.
We have a user-contributed driver for the 3C505 which works with a 
modified version of NCSA Telnet 2.1 -- anyone care to update it to
version 2.2?  Bruce (the author), have you updated it yet?
