Is anyone aware of any implementations of NetBIOS over TCP/UDP,
as specified in RFCs 1001 and 1002 ??  (I posted this to the
comp.protocols.ibm newsgroup last week and got zero response.)

Also, if such a beast exists, does it have a *reasonable*
user interface, as opposed to the PC NetBIOS interface,
where everything is done through a single function call with
a single argument (a pointer to an Ncb) ?
