Nice things like PCIP, NCSA Telnet, DECnet/DOS, PCNFS, and netwatch run on the 3C501, but nothing for the 3C505 yet (is this still the case?). The 3C505 is supposed to be much better, with more buffering and a higher throughput rating. Question: does anyone have any documentation on this new card which would allow me to adapt PCIP or these other products for it? 3COM has been inexplicably uncooperative.. I need to have documentation which would allow the writing of a driver for it, so device registers are really what I'm after. -David -- David P.
