That may be true, however when I purchased my Amiga I did so on the basis of it being the most technologically advanced machine I could obtain at the time for an affordable price. A few years from now technology will have passed up my A1000 and it will be time for me to upgrade. I would like to upgrade to another Amiga, but the truth of the matter is that I will buy whatever system is most technologically advanced (in both hardware and software) at the time.
