Since our newsfeed went bonkers the day after I sent these out I assumed they never saw the light of day. I asked Wes Plouff to post parts 1, 2, and an intro I wrote to de-archiving USENET compressed, uuencoded, shared files. If Peter (or someother archive site) would take things like this I would be a much happier person, EMailing this thing over and over again is a real pain. Reguardless of *how* it gets out, it is *very* important that is reaches as many hands as possible. The software in those lists has sold more than their fare share of Amigas and shall continue to do so as long as it is available for cheap (read close to the price of a disk). I know Fred has a massive job on his hands and $10 a disk is a resonable price, it is just too much for some people who are unsure if the software will fulfill their needs. Not everyone belongs to a usergroup (or USENET for that matter so pass this list along .....). KJohn P.S. Incase noone has noticed, I now have a newsfeed again!!! We dumped our MegaFrame (MegaPain/Flame/Drain to it's users :-) and now have USENET up and running on our SUN network (two weeks early even, thanx Beirne !!!).
