I don't know what they are up to, but cunyvm.cuny.edu is perpetuating
the problem.  For those of you not too familiar with RN, add these lines
to your local kill file:
/@cunyvm.cuny.edu/h:j
/@UDEL.EDU/h:j

This will junk all the articals with these names in them.  After someone
fixes this, delete them.
