This probably betrays my lack of understanding of the GS microprocessor
and memory map.  The old P16 was a shell that ran on top of P8; would it
be possible, or even make sense, to now have P8 and/or BASIC.SYSTEM
re-written as shells than ran on top of GS/OS nee P16?  Or would the
fact that P8 and Basic think they have the whole machine to themselves
conflict with P16 use of the low 64/128K?
