What you need is a program called 'Chameleon'. It does file transfers between 
almost all of Apple 16 sectors formats. It will work on ProDOS, DOS 3.3, Pascal 
and CP/M files. Its shareware, available on most BBS'.  Your system will need a 
16K ram card in slot 0 since it runs under ProDOS.
