Can somebody fill me in on the format of loadable binary files
(e.g. mumble.BIN) for PDP11s.  This has been around ever since
the 11/20 and the paper tape loader, but I don't seem to have
any description of it here.  I know there's some relocation information
and checksums in addition to the machine code.
