A friend is trying to install an Intel Aboveboard 286 in a system
that also has a Novel Arcnet card. When he trys to install the
Aboveboard with the Arcnet installed (not the software, just the
hardware) the Aboveboard can't find any useable memory area. Seems
to work fine with the Arcnet card removed. He also has some sort
of tape backup system installed - but that doesn't seem to affect
the problem. He tried calling Intel and the local company that he
bought the Novel system from - neither seemed to be able to help
or willing to try to find out. I don't know a model number on the
Arcnet card - but the Novel software he is using is ELS netware
286 level 1 if that means anything to anybody.

That's all I know right now, but if someone thinks they can help
I can get more details. Any help would be appreciated.
