A while back I read a note which talked about being able to request
information from Microsoft which described what was involved in creating
a device driver (such as a printer driver) to run under Microsoft Windows.

Can anyone email me this information?  We now have the 2.1 SDKs but I can
not find anything in the SDK's documentation which indicates that such
information is available.
