This is false. Oral arguments were heard 9 Sept. on the contempt motion filed by SEA, and an evidentiary hearing was held 30 Sept. The judge has taken the motion under advisement, and no ruling had been made as of last evening, 10 Oct. These facts were posted by Phil Katz' attorney Nick Kees, in a message on the Exec-PC BBS, in response to reports of blatantly incorrect information emanating from USENET.
