Hmmm... what, then, about MicroSoft's strong-arming Apple not to
release Macintosh BASIC... which would result in MicroSoft revoking
Apple's licenses for various products (reportedly, AppleSoft BASIC in
the Apple II series...)

Apple is within it rights to defend what it considers its own.  Let
the courts figure it out....
