When I ordered my free upgrade from LSC 2.15, I specifically requested
the $15.00 rebate since this was just the inducement that got me to 
go ahead and buy 2.15.  I received the check for $15.00 about 2 weeks
after my 3.0 upgrade in July.  I just received a second check for $15.00
this week.
