MPW C v 2.0.2 comes with the wrong version of <lists.h> on disk.  The
one in the *manual* is correct, and the actual glue routines are in the
library; I typed in one of the declarations, and my program linked and
worked as expected.

Is there somewhere I can get a copy of this file?  Thanks in advance.
