As of yet, there is no source level debugger for MPW C.  At least there isn't
one that APDA is letting anyone know about, and one would guess that they'd
force it down our throats if it exists.  However, do not worry too much.  MPW
3.0 and MPW C 3.0 will aledgedly come with a source level debugger.  I can't
wait!
