OK, here it is.  Volume 2 of the administrivia message.  Just to prove
how wierd computers can be, and so that there actually is something
worth reading in this message, here are a couple of interesting
titbits:

1) The reason #2 is so long behind #1 is because #1 still hasn't shown
up on our local systems. I thought our mailer was hung until someone
sent me a message saying that they got # 1 but not #2.... Yeesh.

2) You might remember my messae a couple days ago about a click and
flash on my display.  Well, someone suggested that it might be arcing
somewhere inside, so I took the display apart to see.  Nothing looked
wrong, so I've left the cover off so that if it starts arcing again I
can see it.  Sure enough, it hasn't arced since.  Urgh.
