There is a guy named Jon Radel at the address below.  Send him a
self-addressed, stamped business envelope with enough postage to
handle 2 ounces.  Jon will send you a flyer describing what he has,
which is a considerable amount of stuff.  What he has includes TeX,
LaTeX, DVI drivers for various dot matrix printers commonly found on
PCs, DVI previewers for PC displays, jillions of utility programs, etc.
