I have noticed a weird problem with the C version of BibTeX on our
Pyramid 90x run OSx 4.1.  When I use the command "bibtex" it asks for
a file name and everything goes fine.  When I use the command "bibtex
foo" nothing happens until I hit a carriage return, then it goes as
before.  I assume, but haven't gotten around to checking, that this
has something to do with the conversion of pascal to C, and how they
handle reads.  Can anyone shed any light on this?
