Sorry, the cost is not zero, not in the real world.  Especially when AT&T
is doing it.  However, I personally don't have it in for nap, particularly;
I just dislike the V.4 policy of "if you ever wanted it, or even if you
didn't, no matter what it is or how stupid it is, it's in V.4".
