We don't seem to be able to get the backing_store options to work with
X11.2 (Sun3/60,sunOS3.5, CG4) when creating windows using XCreateWindow.
For windows created with this flag set to True, we still get exposure
events and need to ourselves redraw in the window.

1. Is there a particular way in which backing stores for windows are
   created, or a particular way to configure the server to provide
   these?

2. Or, if you have used backing stores, could you send us (via email)
   a program that does use backing stores successfully....
