can someone please help me with the following questions:

1. Is there any special mailing list for new PEX documentation
   announcement? How did everyone find out about the new documentation?
   (I couldn't find it on this notesfile and it was not announced on
    x3d-pex mailing list.)

2. Where is pex.tar.Z? 
   (I ftp-ed to the expo machine, and couldn't find it in </pub/PEX/>
    or in </contrib>)
