Setting their HOME environment variable works great for everything, except .signature, which is always taken from my home directory. This is real frustrating, since the only way I've found so for for them not to include my .sig is for them to delete it when they're logged in. Why doesn't whatever copies in .signature look in $HOME? What is it, anyway, that copies in .signature? None of the man pages mention it (Pnews or inews or rn!). I've tried setting $DOTDIR but that doesn't work either. How do I tell it where to find .signature?
