Wrong Sir.

Hackers already know these things.

Novice admins don't.

Who gets burned?  Not the hacker.  And few of their kind will be helped.
The most important item in any type of preventative measure is
_information_.

The more information, the better.  You can't plug a hole you don't know
exists.  Nearly _all_ holes can be effectively defused IF you know they
exist.
