Since it is probably impractical to transport the SRBs cross-country from
where they are currently manufactured to the cape, what about moving the
manufacturing facility to Florida (or anywhere on the coast (either coast))
for that matter.  Shipping by ship should prove easy.  Any comments?

p.s. I realize that moving the manufacturing facility would be expensive in
     the short term, but the long term savings over many launches might be
     worth it...
