Message-ID: <10639@reed.UUCP> Date: 14 Oct 88 17:32:51 GMT Organization: Reed College, Portland OR Lines: 14 I like the machine very much. Maybe even too much. I even had this dream last night... But where is the RJ-11? That's the little plug that is on the back of your modem that connects it to the phone system. The DSP will make a wonderful 9600 bps modem, but only if it can connect to the phone line to do modem like things. How is this intended to be done? Did NeXT just run out of space on the system board? If somebody who knows could comment or send me mail I would appreciate. Some of my ideas really need to be connected to the phones. Mike
